There was a pink one, a yellow one and a blue one - and the proportions of the 3 together made up one of the nicer pieces of townscape in Wellington, before they were bowled. That works out at $8545 / m2 Total rip off. Construction costs of around half or two thirds of that? This wind is lots of fun though. The 8th floor sways like crazy, and the street itself becomes an intense wind tunnel. Also: the due pension website is back up.
